• Beta-2-adrenergic receptor is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily.
• This receptor is directly associated with one of its ultimate effectors, the class C L-type calcium channel Ca(V)1.2.
• This receptor-channel complex also contains a G protein, an adenylyl cyclase, cAMP-dependent kinase, and the counterbalancing phosphatase, PP2A.
• The assembly of the signaling complex provides a mechanism that ensures specific and rapid signaling by this G protein-coupled receptor.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Dot Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000 Dot Blot: 1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
