特徴

• ErbB2 is a member of the epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor family of receptor tyrosine kinases.
• This protein has no ligand binding domain of its own and therefore cannot bind growth factors.
• However, it does bind tightly to other ligand-bound EGF receptor family members to form a heterodimer, stabilizing ligand binding and enhancing kinase-mediated activation of downstream signalling pathways, such as those involving mitogen-activated protein kinase and phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase.
• Amplification and/or overexpression of the ErbB2 gene has been reported in numerous cancers, including breast and ovarian tumors.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Dot Blot, FLISA
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Dot Blot 1:500
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
