84-1853-45 [取扱停止]VSIG4, CT (VSIG4, CRIg, Z39IG, V-set and immunoglobulin domain-containing protein 4, Protein Z39Ig) (FITC) 200ul 043784-FITC
特徴
- This gene encodes a v-set and immunoglobulin-domain containing protein that is structurally related to the B7 family of immune regulatory proteins.
- The encoded protein may be a negative regulator of T-cell responses.
- This protein is also a receptor for the complement component 3 fragments C3b and iC3b.
- Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
- [provided by RefSeq].
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and FLISA.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
- For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
