特徴

• SLC22A2 mediates tubular uptake of organic compounds from circulation.
• Mediates the influx of agmatine, dopamine, noradrenaline (norepinephrine), serotonin, choline, famotidine, ranitidine, histamin, creatinine, amantadine, memantine, acriflavine, 4-[4-(dimethylamino)-styryl]-N-methylpyridinium ASP, amiloride, metformin, N-1-methylnicotinamide (NMN), tetraethylammonium (TEA), 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium (MPP), cimetidine, cisplatin and oxaliplatin.
• Cisplatin may develop a nephrotoxic action.
• Transport of creatinine is inhibited by fluoroquinolones such as DX-619 and LVFX.
• This transporter is a major determinant of the anticancer activity of oxaliplatin and may contribute to antitumor specificity.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and FLISA.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
