特徴

• EGLN2 catalyzes the post-translational formation of 4-hydroxyproline in hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) alpha proteins.
• Hydroxylates HIF-1 alpha at 'Pro-402' and 'Pro-564', and HIF-2 alpha.
• It functions as a cellular oxygen sensor and, under normoxic conditions, targets HIF through the hydroxylation for proteasomal degradation via the von Hippel-Lindau ubiquitination complex.
• It may play a role in cell growth regulation.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), ELISA
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-500Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
