84-1678-41 HLA Class 1 Antigen G (HLA Cass I Histocompatibility Antigen alpha Chain G, HLA G Antigen, HLA G, HLAG, HLA-G, HLA-6.0, Major Histocompatibility Complex Class I G, MHC-G) (Biotin) 200ul H6098-72V-Biotin
HLA-G belongs to the HLA class I heavy chain paralogues.
This class I molecule is a heterodimer consisting of a heavy chain and a light chain (beta-2 microglobulin).
The heavy chain is anchored in the membrane.
HLA-G is expressed on fetal derived placental cells.
The heavy chain is approximately 45kD and its gene contains 8 exons.
Exon one encodes the leader peptide, exons 2 and 3 encode the alpha1 and alpha2 domain, which both bind the peptide, exon 4 encodes the alpha3 domain, exon 5 encodes the transmembrane region, and exon 6 encodes the cytoplasmic tail.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry: Formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissues.
Requires HIER with EDTA buffer, pH 9.0Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
