84-1664-21 [取扱停止]PIGN, NT (PIGN, MCD4, GPI ethanolamine phosphate transferase 1, MCD4 homolog, Phosphatidylinositol-glycan biosynthesis class N protein) (APC) 200ul 040029-APC
特徴
- PIGN is involved in glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchor biosynthesis.
- The GPI-anchor is a glycolipid found on many blood cells and serves to anchor proteins to the cell surface.
- This protein is expressed in the endoplasmic reticulum and transfers phosphoethanolamine (EtNP) to the first mannose of the GPI anchor.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and FLISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
