特徴

PDCD5 is a protein expressed in tumor cells during apoptosis independent of the apoptosis-inducing stimuli.
Prior to apoptosis induction, this protein is distributed in both the nucleus and cytoplasm.
Once apoptosis is induced, the level of this protein increases and by relocation from the cytoplasm, it accumulates in the nucleus.
Although its exact function is not defined, this protein is thought to play an early and universal role in apoptosis.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, FLISA
Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-500
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
