特徴

• Fibroblast growth factors (FGFs; see MIM 603726) are secreted proteins involved in cellular proliferation, migration, differentiation, and survival.
• FGF activity is negatively regulated by members of the 'sprouty' family (e.g., SPRY1, MIM 602465).
• The SEF protein is a modulator of FGF signaling.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, FLISA
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-500
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
