特徴

• RBP2 is an abundant protein present in the small intestinal epithelium.
• It is thought to participate in the uptake and/or intracellular metabolism of vitamin A.
• Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin necessary for growth, reproduction, differentiation of epithelial tissues, and vision.
• RBP2 may also modulate the supply of retinoic acid to the nuclei of endometrial cells during the menstrual cycle.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, FLISA
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-500
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
