- The ADP-ribosylation factor (ARF) genes are small GTP-binding proteins of the RAS superfamily.
- ARL2 is a member of a functionally distinct group of ARF-like genes.
- This protein is a component of a regulated secretory pathway involved in Ca(2+)-dependent release of acetylcholine.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), FLISA
- Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-100Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
