特徴

• Hmx3 is a transcription factor involved in specification of neuronal cell types and which is required for inner ear and hypothalamus development.
• This protein binds to the 5'-CAAGTG-3' core sequence.
• It controls semicircular canal formation in the inner ear and is also required for hypothalamic/pituitary axis of the CNS.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
