特徴
- HIPK2, a member of the KIPK subfamily of Ser/Thr protein kinases, phosphorylates homeodomain transcription factors.
- It may play a role as a corepressor for homeodomain transcription factors.
- This nuclear protein has been shown to interact with TRADD.
- It is highly expressed in neuronal tissues, heart and kidney, and weakly expressed in a ubiquitous way.
- HIPK2 is a target for sumoylation, and when conjugated it is directed to nuclear speckles
- Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
