特徴
- EIF4B is required for the binding of mRNA to ribosomes.
- It functions in close association with EIF4-F and EIF4-A by binding near the 5'- terminal cap of mRNA in presence of EIF-4F and ATP.
- It also promotes the ATPase activity and the ATP-dependent RNA unwinding activity of both EIF4-A and EIF4-F
- Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
