SNRNP40 encodes a component of the U5 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNP) particle.
The U5 snRNP is part of the spliceosome, a multiprotein complex that catalyzes the removal of introns from pre-messenger RNAs.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
