特徴
- ATF1 binds the cAMP response element (CRE) (consensus: 5'-GTGACGT[AC][AG]-3'), a sequence present in many viral and cellular promoters.
- ATF1 binds to the Tax-responsive element (TRE) of HTLV-I.
- ATF1 mediates PKA-induced stimulation of CRE-reporter genes.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-5001:10-50
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
