SUPT7L is a protein subunit of the human STAGA complex (SPT3; (MIM 602947)/TAF9 (MIM 600822)/GCN5 (MIM 602301) acetyltransferase complex), which is a chromatin-modifying multiprotein complex (Martinez et al., 2001 [PubMed 11564863]).
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-500
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
