Casein kinases are operationally defined by their preferential utilization of acidic proteins such as caseins as substrates.
It can phosphorylate a large number of proteins.
Participates in Wnt signaling.
Phosphorylates CTNNB1 at 'Ser-45'.
May play a role in segregating chromosomes during mitosis (By similarity).
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
Other applications have not been tested.

Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
