特徴
- DNA binding proteins that associates with chromatin and has the ability to bend DNA.
- Binds preferentially single-stranded DNA.
- Involved in V(D)J recombination by acting as a cofactor of the RAG complex.
- Acts by stimulating cleavage and RAG protein binding at the 23 bp spacer of conserved recombination signal sequences (RSS).
- Heparin-binding protein that has a role in the extension of neurite-type cytoplasmic processes in developing cells (By similarity).
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
