特徴

  • The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family.
  • This cytokine is a ligand for receptors TNFRSF13B/TACI, TNFRSF17/BCMA, and TNFRSF13C/BAFFR.
  • This cytokine is expressed in B cell lineage cells, and acts as a potent B cell activator.
  • It has been also shown to play an important role in the proliferation and differentiation of B cells.
  • Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA
  • Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-500Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50
  • Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
  • DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
  • Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
  • Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
  • For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
