TGM4is associated with the mammalian reproductive process and catalyzes the cross-linking of proteins and the conjugation of polyamines to specific proteins in the seminal tract.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,0001:10-1:50Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
