- TSPAN12 is a member of the transmembrane 4 superfamily, also known as the tetraspanin family.
- Most of these members are cell-surface proteins that are characterized by the presence of four hydrophobic domains.
- The proteins mediate signal transduction events that play a role in the regulation of cell development, activation, growth and motility.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.

- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
