NEK11 belongs to the NIMA family of kinases, which are involved in DNA replication and genotoxic stress responses (Noguchi et al., 2002 [PubMed 12154088]).[supplied by OMIM]
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
