KIR2DL5B is a receptor on natural killer (NK) cells for HLA-C alleles.
It inhibits the activity of NK cells thus preventing cell lysis.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Flow cytometry: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
