GNPAT is an enzyme located in the peroxisomal membrane which is essential to the synthesis of ether phospholipids.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 1:1000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Flow Cytometry:1:10-1:50Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
