Conjugation of reduced glutathione to a wide number of exogenous and endogenous hydrophobic electrophiles.
This isozyme has a high catalytic efficiency with 4-hydroxyalkenals such as 4-hydroxynonenal (4-HNE).
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1000Western Blot: 1:100-1:5001:10-1:50Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed paraffin): 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
