DUSP15 belongs to the non-receptor class of the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family.
This protein has both protein-tyrosine phophatase activity and serine/threonine-specific phosphatase activity, and therefore is known as a dual specificity phosphatase.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
