特徴
- MAG is a type I membrane protein and member of the immunoglobulin superfamily.
- It is thought to be involved in the process of myelination.
- It is a lectin that binds to sialylated glycoconjugates and mediates certain myelin-neuron cell-cell interactions.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
