特徴
- CREB is a transcription factor that is a member of the leucine zipper family of DNA binding proteins.
- This protein binds as a homodimer to the cAMP-responsive element, (CRE), a sequence present in many viral and cellular promoters.
- The protein is phosphorylated by several protein kinases, and induces transcription of genes in response to hormonal stimulation of the cAMP pathway.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
