• NROB1 contains a DNA-binding domain and acts as a dominant-negative regulator of transcription which is mediated by the retinoic acid receptor.
• This protein also functions as an anti-testis gene by acting antagonistically to Sry.
• Mutations in the gene for NROB1 result in both X-linked congenital adrenal hypoplasia and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
