特徴
- Neural cell adhesion molecule (NCAM) is a glycoprotein with 5 extracellular immunoglobulin-like domains followed by two fibronectin type III repeats.
- NCAM mediates cell-cell adhesion in neural cells as well as a variety of other cell types.
- Many isoforms are produced from the alternate splicing of a single gene with 26 exons.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1ug/ml.
- Heat mediated antigen retrieval is recommended.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
- Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
