Positve Control for Western Blot (Supplied):Recombinant CHIT1 (Ala193~Asn466; His tagged/T7 tagged) dissolved in loading buffer (100mM Tris (pH8.8), 2% SDS, 200mM NaCl, 50% glycerol, 0.01% BPB, 0.02% sodium azide).
Usage: Use 10ul per well when the substrate used is DAB.
Use 5ul per well when used in enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL).
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
