特徴
- CD133, originally known as AC133, is a glycoprotein also known in humans and rodents as Prominin 1 (PROM1).
- It is the founding member of pentaspan transmembrane glycoproteins (5-transmembrane, 5-TM), which specifically localizes to cellular protrusions.
- CD133 is expressed in hematopoietic stem cells, endothelial progenitor cells, glioblastomas, neuronal and glial stem cells and some other cell types.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:250Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
