特徴
- Aquaporins selectively conduct water molecules in and out of the cell, while preventing the passage of ions and other solutes.
- Known as water channels, they are integral membrane pore proteins (1, 2).
- Aquaporin 3 is found in the basolateral cell membrane of principal collecting duct cells and provide a pathway for water to exit these cells (3).
- AQP3 gene expression is not regulated by vasopressin (4).
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 1:200-400Western Blot: 1:1000-4000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
