MCM2, also called CDCL1 and BM28, is a nuclear protein that allows DNA to undergo a single round of replication per cell cycle.
It is required for the entry in S phase and for cell division.
Increasing levels of MCM2 have been linked to increasing risk levels in some types of carcinoma.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:500 ELISA: 1:40,000Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
