Soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC), a heterodimeric protein consisting of an alpha subunit and a beta subunit, typically GUCY1B3, catalyzes conversion of GTP to the second messenger cGMPand functions as the main receptor for nitric oxide (NO) and nitrovasodilator drugs (Zabel et al., 1998 [PubMed 9742212]).
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:5000 Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
