FLT3, a PDGF Receptor -type protein kinase, promotes the differentiation and proliferation of hematopoietic cells by binding to hematopoietic growth factor.
Mutations of the FLT3 gene have been implicated in acute myeloid leukemia.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
