Fibroblast Growth Factor 18 (FGF18) plays an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation, cell differentiation and cell migration.
It is required for normal ossification and bone development.
It stimulates hepatic and intestinal proliferation.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:500ELISA: 1:40,000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
