Chorionic Gonadotropin is heterodimer of an alpha and a beta chain.
It stimulates the ovaries to synthesize the steroids that are essential for the maintance of pregnancy.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.

Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:10,000Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
