特徴

• CD70, also known as CD27L, is the ligand for CD27.
• It was first detected on the surface of Reed-Sternberg cells.
• CD70 is a type II transmembrane protein with an extracellular C-terminal domain.
• It is homologous to the ligands for the tissue necrosis factor receptor family.
• CD70 expression in normal tissues has been documented in T and B-lymphocytes, and NK cells in tonsil, gi tract, skin and thymus.
• CD70 plays a role in T cell activation, induces T cell proliferation and enhances generation of cytolytic T cells.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10-15ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
