CD31 (PECAM1) is found on the surface of platelets, monocytes, neutrophils, and some types of T-cells, and makes up a large portion of endothelial cell intercellular junctions.
CD31 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and is likely involved in leukocyte migration, angiogenesis, and integrin activation.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin):Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
