- Anaphase-promoting complex (APC) is homologous to the two highly conserved RING finger proteins ROC1 and ROC2.
- APC11 specifically interacts with APC2, a cullin-related APC subunit.
- ROC1 and APC11 immunocomplexes can catalyze isopeptide ligations to form polyubiquitin chains in an E1-and E2-dependent manner.
- Combinations of ROC/APC11 and cullin proteins potentially constitute a wide variety of ubiquitin ligases.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
