Dishevelled-3 (DVL-3) is a cytoplasmic phoshoprotein that regulates cell proliferation, acting as a transducer molecule for developmental processes including segmentation and neuroblast specification in Drosophila.
It is known to play a crucial role in WNT canonical signaling pathway and has been shown to be a connecting link between the Notch-WNT crosstalk.
The structural and evolutionary characteristics suggest that mutations at their loci may be involved in neural and heart development defects.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation.
