Adenosine deaminase (ADA; EC 3.54.4) catayzes deaminaiton of adenosine to inosine.
ADA is found primarily in cytosol.
It has also been located at the cell membrane and implicated in the availability of adenosine.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
