Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:10,000- 1:50,000
Western Blot: 1:2,000- 1:10,000
Immunohistochemistry : 1:1,000- 1:5,000.
Frozen tissue sections, paraffin-embedded tissues, and 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed tissues
Immunofluorescence: 1:5,000 -1: 10,000

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage, store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
