特徴
- RELM-alpha is a member to the family of adipocyte-secreted proteins called adipocytokines.
- It is abundantly expressed in white adipose tissue but not in preadipocytes, nor 3T3-L1 adipocytes.
- RELM-alpha is involved in the regulation of colonic inflammation and might be a link between colonic injury, glucose tolerance, and energy intake.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA (direct and indirect): 1:5000-1:10,000Western Blot: 1:5000-1:10,000 using ECL.
- Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is TBST containing 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk.
- Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at room temperatureOptimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
