- Obestatin binds to orphan G protein-coupled receptor GPR39.
- Amidation of the C-terminus seems to be important for obestatin's activity.

- Recommended Dilution:ELISA (direct and indirect): 1:2000-1:5000Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
