ANGPTL3 regulates angiogenesis and also directly regulates lipid, glucose, and energy metabolism.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions:ELISA (Direct and indirect): 1:2000-1:5000Western Blot: 1:2000-1:5000 using ECL; Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is PBST containing 0.05% Tween-20 and 5% skim milk.
Incubate 1hour at RT
Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
