Insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) is a secreted peptide that is functionally related to insulin but with a higher growth-promoting activity.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:32,000Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml, human uterus lysates observed on ~15kD bandsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
