特徴

• S39A8 encodes a member of the SLC39 family of solute-carrier genes, which show structural characteristics of zinc transporters.
• The encoded protein is glycosylated and found in the plasma membrane and mitochondria, and functions in the cellular import of zinc at the onset of inflammation.
• It is also thought to be the primary transporter of the toxic cation cadmium, which is found in cigarette smoke.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Indirect Flow Cytometry and ELISA.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:1000Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
